Welcome Eve! We’re so excited for our community to get to know your range. How are you supporting women with their wellness?

Eve is on a mission to end the shame surrounding taboo health topics like periods, hormones, sexual and mental wellbeing. We offer scientifically backed solutions and support for Evies on a hormone journey. Far too many have struggled with shame in these areas and it holds us back from seeking help or guidance when we truly need it, and we’re over it.

We’re here to dismantle stigmas and talk about taboo topics, setting a new (cheeky) standard for menstrual, mental, and intimate health.

We are deeply proud of how our products truly make a difference to people’s lives in areas that truly matter.

How did Eve begin?

Eve was inspired by Co-Founder Beatrice’s own hormonal journey that took her to her health rock bottom. She figured other people must be going through this too, we just needed to start talking about it. This sewed the first seed for Eve to grow from.

But we didn’t dive straight into making supplements. Unlike any other supplement brands we know, we started by building a lab, hiring scientists and researchers with a goal of learning what works for women! We used key trends and data from our lab to formulate supplements for the issues people are struggling with the most.

What makes your women’s wellness product range unique?

Aside from the huge amount of real data backing up our range, we made sure our products *actually* work. This should be a given for a health product, right? Wrong.

You’d be surprised how many supplements will do nada because the dosage is too low—not us. We have a strict formulation code that we stick to fiercely and passionately, ensuring that everything we produce is actually going to help.

Where would you recommend someone new to Eve’s range start?

● Eat your veggies first, then your protein and fats, and your carbs last. Eating in this order is one of the best blood sugar balancing hacks out there.

What are your daily non-negotiables to nourish your body?

● Aim to have 30g protein with your breakfast. This keeps your blood sugars stable, gives you smooth energy and keeps you fuller for longer, and gives your body the building blocks it needs to make hormones and thrive overall. Hint: 2 eggs is not enough protein!

● Eat as many greens and veggies as you can. Sneak them into sauces, smoothies or baking. Roast up a big tray, or get some salad inspo from Pinterest. A variety of plants helps to nurture a rich and diverse microbiome which is key for digestion, hormonal balance, detoxification, mental wellbeing – basically everything.

● We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: no coffee on an empty stomach!
